Metto State Return & Refund Policy

At Metto State, every product is made-to-order through our trusted print partners (Printful, Printify, JetPrint, and Subliminator). Because items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.

We believe in being clear and fair with our customers, so here’s how our return process works:

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns or issue replacements at no cost if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive

Return & Refund Timeframe

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the issue is verified.

  • Replacements are shipped free of charge.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your order is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, Metto State covers the return shipping costs.

  • If the issue is due to an incorrect address or customer error, shipping and replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mettostate.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

Because products are custom-made, we do not offer size or style exchanges. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
